Well Zahoora ,
I though Chilavert was retired and I know Paraguay isnt bad but Sweden is better, I believe ..
About Group 3 .. Argentina and Holland rule but Ivory Coast isnt so bad also .. but I seriously want Argentina and Holland to qualify and I hope the best of luck to Argentina this time and not as the last time ..
About Iran .. I think they are so lame , I donno why .. I'm pretty sure though ..
From the other groups, I so agree with you about Italy, USA, Brazil , Japan, France PLUS Spain, Czech Republic and Tuins ..
And I'll be with Brazil, Italy and Argentina side

I support three teams in this mundeal England:(I have been a big fan of that team since 1996, but they keep on dissappointing me) Argentina: (they play really well- my best internet pal is argentinian too) Ghana: As an African, I hope they represent Africa well. Unfortunatelly, their group is not easy.
I like to watch Italian team (the Italians are so handsome) ;D
Best of luck for Tunisia and KSA (I lived in Saudi Arabia for 5 years, I have m,any friends there and I hope that the Saudi team will bring them joy)
The toughest group is certainly that of Argentina. Argentina is certainly the toughest, but there are no guarentees. Remember Cameroon defeated Argentina (1986 champions) back in 1990. Ivory Coast is certainly not easy, neither is Holand. As for Serbia, it was at the top of its group during the qualifications till the last two matches (its group included Spain!!). The third group is the toughest. But I wish that Argentina will make it.

I cant see Ivory Coast going that far not even with their old national players. Argentina and Holland are both capable of winning it, about hte other groups, maybe all the teams you mentioned could do well... Iran? Big maybe for them. I think they are a away better than south African teams, The south African representation is very weak this time around, Ivory Coast, Angola, Togo, Ghana have all qualified for their very first time and have zero previous experience in the WC. As for Brazil issue, I agree that Brazil is really great team, but if you put them against more balanced sides like England, Italya and Argentina with both teams playing at 100% the balanced sides should win. Brazil just have this d**n invincible aura about them which gives them an advantage before a balls even been kicked. They have very good attack'; Adriano, Ronaldinho, Robinho and Ronaldo but they have a very weak defence. Roque Junior and Edmilson are both very weak. So, I don't think they will win the champion again.

Argentina has without any doubt the best selection of players in the world right now. As a team they are able to play dream football... Football far superior than any other team is capable of playing, be it France, Brazil, England or Holland... So, I'll support them as well.

Yea actually I wonder wheres Senegal, South Afirca, Nigeria or Cameroon !! there was a BIG elimination's mistake in Afirca qualified teams this time .. I really don't feel comfort toward these teams who are in at thie time AT ALL .. About Brazil ohh come on this team is more than GREAT their technique in the playground makes everyone plain stare at them till the last minute and don't forget at the pervious world cup they kicked England out and beat Germany so easy 3 - 0 to the cup .. so I believe in Brazil's arrival to late rounds but not so sure about the final nor the cup for them yet .

I think south African soccer is really good, but I hugely doubt that Cameroon are going to qualify, They have their big Etto, and they desereve to reach the finals. While other teams who're qualified are not good... In their style of play I didn't see anything that showed they are able to qualify, Algerian and Moroccans' teams are so much better than Ghana... As for Brazil, they have a lot of impressive players but they lack a good defence, so I don't believe that they are good enough as a team to win 2006 world cup... Another point to notice is that Brazilian beat Germans 2-0 not 3-0 in 2002 final match, and they didn't easily win it. The match was so hard, we also didn't have our suspended midfielders Michael Ballack, Dietmar Hamman, also Oliver Nuevil... It's no disgrace to lose against Brazilians, though.
