i was watching mission fashion and i noticed the winner of last year REEM SAIDI from tunis was speaking like a typical miss lebanon ditz but this trend is common in both star academy and mission fashion instead of embracing different cultures of all our arab countries it is turning music and fashion into a one-way road: lebanese. even shaza hasoon was being more lebanese than she is iraqi/moroccon to please them. american idol don't make people lose their identity for example it takes people from all walks of life and backgrounds, it takes everyone to hollywood. is being lebanese the only way to get into show business in the arab world now?

goshhh...u make a big deal out of nothing take it easy lol...it is so normal if u r in atmosphere where everyone talks in a specific language or dialect to adopt their way of talking not because u don't want to talk in ur way anymore but because it's easier for them to understand u..for me my friends here are from different arabic countries and many time i tend to speak in their way coz i know that they won't understand me if i said it in my way

Reem Saidi is a Tunisian model working in Lebanon for lo2met 3eich and speaking Lebanese is just a survival skill for her in Lebanon. Dont try to make it a bigger deal than what it is...

When I talk to my Arab friends in Bahraini, they don't understand me so I always have to change some words so they can understand! Same goes here ya3ni personally, when my Tunisian friend talks to me in Tunisian, i'm so clueless as to what she's saying and it goes both ways so we have to tweak it a little to understand each other. No big deal.

why do many people treat LBC like its some sort of a Secret Society and part of a global conspiracy against Arab nations??? next thread will be LBC takes away your children and expose them to horrible Star Academy tests... or is it already been done?

thats true that is what lbc is doing , for example: i saw all star academy seasons and the last mission fashion even perfect bride and it was everytime the same , its not just that there make diffrents between the arab nations they make a fool out of them espacialy of the mahgrebinian people . its a kind of etnic war ruled by the "queen mother" rola saad. it is not gentle to say for example morrocain language is the worst , thats not fair we are all arabs !! i cant remember to hear a morrocain say " oh im sorry dont undersatnd you !" the lbc people dont even try to understand them and not just them, suddenly every arabian country has to understand and speak lebanesian ,
thats not fair !!
