half the lebanese army has died allaH yerhamon and they have killed soooooooo many innocent pple already and havent hardly captured any of the fatah el islam people.

Okay vivo, while I disagree with everything you just said, i'm glad that you are actually taking the time to say your points instead of just yelling at cursing at us. It's a good step and I honestly appreciate it.

But i just have to correct you on the obvious things..."Half" of the army isn't dead. That would be ludicrous! Of course some soldiers have died (the last count I heard today was about 60--and you can see a list of them here adserver.naharnet.com/pub/martyrs/)

Also, the civilian deaths have been very very very very few and again this is something that comes with the territory--i mean, if the people in the camps hadn't allowed Fat7 Islam to grow and develop innocent lives don't need to die. But the good thing is that amount that died is so few that not even the human rights groups are emphasizing it that much.

As for the captured Fat7 members, we have some great news. From information extracted from captured terrorists we learned of a massive plot to cut off Tripoli from the rest of Lebanon. The mastermind was caught in a hotel in Achrafieh with tons of bomb making plans, maps, and weapons. Other Fat7 members have been killed and 50 or so have been detained. Hopefully the honorable Jeish of Lebanon is going to win this war, allah ye7meeyon.

As for your idea that Israel just wants an excuse to invade Lebanon, it's just a typical Arab conspiracy theory. What will Israel gain from getting Lebanon by force ? It's not like tourism will grown in a destroyed country, and it's not like in today's world anyone can just attack for no reason! Last year Israel hit us hard...but it was PROVOKED by soldiers being kidnapped from its borders. Israel has nothing to gain from attacking Lebanon and it won't risk its status as a friend of Europe and the US by kicking our ass. On the other hand, other countries do have a reason to hurt us. Syria controlled Lebanon for 20+ years and it definitely wouldn't mind doing that again. It was kicked out of Lebanon by the force of unhappy Lebanese people...and that didn't make it so happy. Now its using its powers to recruit poor guys and tell them "go kill some lebanese army members, go deliver weapons to Hezbollah"...poor guys think they'll get a free ticket to heaven this way!

and by the way, you can never say "its definitely NOT syria" that's stirring up this mess. Because Lebanon and the United Nations both have independent evidence from surveilance that shows weapons coming in from Syria TO hezbollah and to the camps. The leaders of Fat7 Islam have ties to Syria...the terrorists being captured some of them are Syrian. Just a week and a half ago a truck was captured going from SYRIA with a shipment of weapons to Hezbollah. Even Nasrallah bragged that his cache of weapons had been restocked!

Anyways, I have so much more to say...and I really do feel sorry for people who think the way you do...but oh well. In the end justice will prevail, whether its here now or later.
