yes, but the diff is when I get the page that says this my all my explorer windows collapses & restarts all over again  I tried with firefox, same thing.. i tried the desktop instead of the laptop, kaman same thing  |

3mmouraaaaaaa its not working!!! ma al7a2sh to click anytihng my explorer collapses before I can click on help!
