No, Sofia is still in Lebanon but everything goes wrong with her.
Apparently she cancelled her contract with Stars System, so she is relying now on her friends of Star Academy to invite her to events for “appearances”.
On the other hand, one of her site has organised a poll and guess what was the results :
Sofia Marikh : 64%
Bachar Chatti : 2%
Mohamed Attieh : 2 %
Bahae el Kafi : 1%
Cynthia Karam : 1%
Myriam Attalah : 1%
Mohamed Khalaoui :0%
Ahmed Cherif : 0%
It’s funny, because Ahmed Cherif who had big success with his album has 0% of votes whereas Sofia who has never released any album has 64% of the votes.
This is what it is called MARKETING

Sofia fans have denied what el Jarass wrote about her committing suicide.
IN THAT CASE SOFIA CAN SUE THE MAGAZINE TO THE COURT AND ASK FOR DAMAGES (and not just reject the information in the next issue of the magazine as she said she wants to do)
IF SHE DOES NOT SUE EL JARASS, THIS MEANS EITHER THE INFORMATION IS CORRECT OR JARASS DID IT WITH HER FULL KNOWLEDGE FOR PUBLICITY.
In both cases this is hateful and vile and sofia ould have big problems with the Lebanese Justice...

It seems that Sofia is completely broke since her conflict with Stars System.
She is now completely dependant on Michel, her father and some friends for living.
They are paying for her foodstuff, dresses, nights out, phone bills, lessons… and hospitals.
BUT FOR HOW LONG ? That’s the question.

Sophia is despaired. She is spending her time hanged on her telephone waiting for a magazine to contact her for modelling. Since more than one month nobody called her.

A “Rotana Cafe” host revealed that about five months ago Sofia was scheduled to be the guest of the show and the team was ready to invite her but S.H. vetoed her.
This host said also that Sofia was in competition with Bahaa for the production of her album but Rotana’s management prefered Bahaa’s songs and offered very hard conditions to Sofia so that she could never accept the deal.
