she's not faking or exaggerating. she should know it is not to her advantage to not speak arabic or have an accent, egyptians will not vote for her, arabs will not vote for her. she even said to mot3eb that people in egypt used to call her 5awageya, so she knows people will not like her or take her seriously if she didn't speak correctly and if she really knew how to speak correctly she would do it for her own good. there is no possible way that she is faking, she is just more spontaneous in other language give her a break
