I absolutely feel the same way, haa70. Atteya is a great actor, but with singing he is half and half. He was one of the top in Star Academy, but comparing to Mustafa, Yasmine, or Ranim, he is not that great. Mustafa, Yasmine, and Ranim are absolutely great singers, and Ranim seems, at this point, to match Atteya's quality in acting.

I loved Ranim in acting also a lot better than Attieh...
He's really funny and nice.. I'm not saying that Attieh was not nice... But I feel Ranim is more "class" and nice... He is a very good presentator also..He can take Ayman's place and present Super Star (if there will have a new one next year)..
In addition... He's studying engineering.. And he want to pursue his studies in this field after this program..
What a talented guy!!
He is not the best for me... But I like him a lot more than Attieh...
And I think Yasmine would have been very nice if she stayed more than 1 week.. Poor Yasmine!

Hmm...I did not know that Ranim was studying engineering (and he sings well). Yay! That's cool because I am an engineering major. I thought he was studying music though. I know many of the candidates study music, especially Hadi who studies this and English literature. Very Cool!

well i live in q8 and i was dying then cuz i was completely broken cuz of the voting
bil3x we wished that the voting was for free
but lil2asaf 'till now iam broken cuz i spend all my money....IN THE LAST WEEK ... so it wasnt for free at all
also my friends and all ppl i know also voted but it wasnt free
even on the internet its not free like superstar

so i think its all same same in q8 and in egypt
and for the KSA also its a wrong info for ur information...
well i live in q8 and we know what it was like then and ksa didnt vote for bashar at all cuz (if u remember when 5alawy and bashar were nominies 5alawy lost and bashar won)
that made the s3ody ppl get mad and vote for attiya
and iam not saying a rumor cuz its true and ppl in q8 were talking about this and they were very sad about that)

Voting was not free in Kuwait?? That was written in the newspapers here, and I even saw it on TV...LBC news more specifically...At first the voting was free on Friday, the prime night, but then in the finals with Attieh it was from Tuesday or Wednesday...Ppl in Kuwait even told me about it. Even if it wasn't free, Bashar had support from the media right from the start...Attieh only became famous AFTER he won.

And LOL, when I said that KSA vote like crazy, I meant in general...Not voting for Bashar. They seem to have no problems with money and spending it on voting...And if they voted for Attieh to win over Bashar, then the Kuwaities voted for Bahaa2 when she was against Attieh so that he doesn't meet him in the finals...I am glad they took a taste of their own medicine.

and for the ksa u meant it by general...but really they didnt vote for bashar... so it cant be general... they only voted for attia
and for baha2 i didnt understand what u said

well that week q8y ppl had no difference in that
some of them voted for baha2 cuz she is the only famle in the program and she deserve to stay
and some of them voted for attia cuz he is bahsar's freind and he is talented
they even (i think) voted more for attia cuz they thought baha2 is more popular and they thought it would be tough for them for bashar
and they didnt expect that attia could win
at first they were angry
but after that they were very happy for attia cuz1- he (the most important reason: ) he is bashar's freind
2-bashar seemed to be happy about that so q8y were happy too
3-and most of q8y love attia cuz he is talented and funny

BTW u misunderstood me again...I am saying that KSA have no problem to vote in general, like in any program that requires voting, whether it's STARAC, Superstar, etc. I am not talking about Bashar here...And logically ya3ni I don't think they'll vote for Bashar when he booted out their king Khalawy.

And yeah the Kuwaities voted for Bahaa2 cuz they thought Attieh was dangerous to Bashar if he won...Then how do u know if the Saudis voted for Attieh? They sure can't be that vengeful, and like u said, "they had no difference" to vote for Attieh.


Speaking of that, I didn't like the Kuwaities' attitude when Bashar was against Attieh...They dissed the Egyptians like no other, when here in Egypt they loved both Bashar and Attieh, and some were actually very very VERY sad for Bashar.
