lol I was getting my nails done that other day when the lady asked me where I was from (which NOBODY have ever guessed right.. ever! lol) & I asked her to guess (my favorite game ;D  ). She got the answer fairly quickly (ie: in less that 10 trials lol). When she knew I was Iraqi she said "oh, I should have known.. you all have the same look in your eyes" I can't agree more with her! |

well the iraqi and khaleeji and Lebanese noses are all similar in order to be considered beautiful in lebanon you have to go through a nose surgery it's a must  it's more obvious with males though who dont get many nose surgeries though haha ;D this article is about lebanese and arab noses lmao it's shame they write article about our noses and ignore other other characteristic:  almashriq.hiof.no/lebanon/600/610/617/lebanese_nose.html |

When she knew I was Iraqi she said "oh, I should have known.. you all have the same look in your eyes" I can't agree more with her! my older post wasn't making fun of noses it was abt the strong eye characteristics i have noticed in many iraqi men haha even with shatha and viola something in their eyes is very noticeable i was told the same about lebanese eyes i guess it's also arabic in general and it makes us really special  |

omg B, since the summer I've had people guess I was Lebanese, Palestinian, Iranian, Israeli/Jewish  , NOBODY guesses I'm Iraqi, and when I reveal it they say "mbayen min 3yoonak"  Oddly the only person who guessed right was an American lady who walked into an elevator with me and immediately said "you're from Iraq"...it turns out she had served in the military there. For most Americans though it's either Mexican or Indian because that's the only 2 countries they know We would make great spies ;D |

my older post wasn't making fun of noses it was abt the strong eye characteristics i have noticed in many iraqi men haha i know you weren't making fun of iraqi noses, i was making a joke (that's why i put viola and shatha pics because they have big noses too). you're right, i think if there is a facial feature that is most associated with middle easterners/north africans in a special way, it's our eyes |
