I saw this whole thing on the 24 channel today around 5 pm EST.

Though that whole thing was awkward, he's not in love with her, and won't be. He definitely realizes she's a psycho, and has alluded to the fact a few times. I think a lot of times he just humors her so she doesn't freak out. Efram will often hug her too, and everyone tries to keep the peace with her, though she doesn't deserve it. Even Karim, who could have freaked out on her, was polite when confronting her.
I don't think Housam is the type to act, but in the off chance he is/would, I'd be very disappointed.
She was asking if he's Muslim because she needed a song that had a religious meaning to it for her eval.
