I read somewhere that he said that haute couture is mamnou3a (not allowed) in Algeria?! If he did then i wonder if he really comes from Algeria. Because it's not true! Algeria is not advanced when it comes to modern haute couture but there are a lot of fashion shows and a few known designers who do shows even in France, like ''Nassila'' and ''Yasmina'' Did anybody hear himm say this? because this is really weird.. This is from one of Yasmina's fashion shows in Algeria ( The models are wearing Traditional outfits):

i'm sorry i can't answer your question... but those dresses are beautiful Thanks! The black and pink one is somewhat a modernised version of the official traditional outfit of Algiers and the other one is a traditional outfit from Telemcen, another Algerian city.

Yes i read that on eqla3!! reaally great picS,, very nice Thanks, Stylelicious. That's really weird! Maybe he wanted to get sympathy, or he got misunderstood? That's a contradiction to what i heard he said earlier...Because i thought he said that he came to show people the beauty of Algerian haute couture.
