well guys since this starac 2 is awful and boring, I brought some natural recipes for you. I think it is much more interesting
Most of these natural skin care recipes have ingredients found in your kitchen or can be purchased at a health food store. They can be made fresh without synthetic ingredients such as preservatives, color and fragrance.
Reduce Fine Lines
Bad habits like smoking and excessive sunbathing cause wrinkles. How to treat: Mix a paste of 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 cup mashed papaya, apply to your face (avoiding your eye area) and lie down for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water. The fruit acid in papaya exfoliates your skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines. The honey hydrates your skin.
Dry skin mask
Good for dry or sensitive skin
1 ripe banana or avocado
1 vitamin A capsule
Mash the banana or avocado to a smooth paste. Drizzle the vitamin A capsule over the fruit and blend well. Smooth over clean face and neck and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Oatmeal & Honey Mask
Good for combination skin
1/2 cup oatmeal-ground in blender or food processor
2 TBLS honey
Blend the ingredients together and spread over face. Let the mask work for at least 30 minutes before rinsing well with warm water.
Exfoliating mask
Good for oily skin
After you wash your face, take one tablespoon of baking soda in your palm and one tablespoon of water and apply the mixture to wherever there are blackheads or oily skin. Gently rub and rinse off with warm water. Avoid the area around the eyes. If your skin turns too red or dries out, you may have scrubbed too harshly or your skin is too sensitive for this type of mask.
Greasy Hair
Greasy hair is the result of an oily scalp. After shampooing, skip conditioner and instead apply a final rinse of 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar diluted in 1 cup warm water.
Vinegar removes excess oil.
Brown Hair Rinse
Rosemary has the reputation for strengthening hair
4 TBSP dried rosemary
2 cups distilled water
Simmer together covered for 15 minutes then let sit for 2 hours.
Strain and rinse freshly shampooed hair over and over, catching the fluid in sink to pour over your hair again.
Do not rinse. Gives hair luster and body
Moisturize Dry Hair
Over-washing robs your hair of its natural oil.
Blend half of a ripe avocado, 1 banana and 2 tablespoons jojoba oil. Apply to shampooed hair and leave in for up to 15 minutes, rinse well. Use once a week.
Bananas and avocados moisturize dry hair.
Repair Damaged Hair
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in the microwave until warm. Massage into dry hair, wrap your head in a warm towel and relax for 30 minutes. Shampoo as usual. Do this once a week.
Fine Hair
Don't over-wash your hair, which can make it dry and flyaway. When you wash your hair, use a mild natural shampoo diluted with an equal amount of water and follow this with a small amount of natural conditioner.
Dandruff
Treat dandruff with an herbal rinse. Into a glass jar, pour 2 cups boiling water over 1 ounce each rosemary and sage (fresh or dried). Steep overnight, strain and use 1/2 cup after each shampoo. Keep left over rinse refrigerated no longer than 3 days.
