Coz Bashar lives in Kuwait while Attiya lives in Egypt. Both have their own work in different countries thats why they arent shown together.

He said that part as a joke when they were told that its amazing how 2 stars from the same country can get along very well keeping aside all jealousy and stuff like that. Ahmed said I love bashar very much, while bashar said ahh i hate ahmed so much, then laughed and said he loves him.
