Models Finalists:
Amina Morocco: it is obvious this woman is the favorite, loved by the judges, the audience and most likely the viewers
Mariam Egypt: beautiful face and a smile to die for! will win popularity from her sweetness
Hanaa Tunis: she is very na3ma and looks like Sofia from star academy
honorable mention: Ebtissam from morocco
Designers Finalists
Quut Kuwait: young hip modern! she had a bad black dress but she is the fan favorite most likely, Seema from bahrain is her competition
Michael Lebanon: since the put 2 brothers on the show you know at least one of them is going to the finals
but Michael is obviously the more talented and creative brother deserves to be a finalist because he's better than everyone else. plus he has bigger hair 
Sleem Tunis: he and Romeo have a very fun and relaxed view of designing that will get them far, for some reason i feel Sleem will go further
honorable mention: Ahmad from Libya even though he is out, the top with black pants was soooo beautiful it is too bad he ruined his chances in the show by making a crappy dress and trying to be theatrical
