I dont know how u can make Polarids in Photoshop, but maybe that could help u!
Here is my pic:
1.Open ur pic in paint shop pro
2.Go to >Image >Border and it will come up something like this:
3. The sizes should be like these: TOP:5 BUTTON:30 LEFT:5 & RIGHT: 5
4. Then click ''ok'' and this is how ur pic will look like:
