why is that looserish ? on the contrary, i think that is the strongest part of the show -- that it includes candidates of different countries and religions.
Just to give you a clue, only ONE of the couples so far are from the same country
aya (tunis) -- waseem (jordan) patricia (leb) -- bassel (leb living in kuwait) gabby (leb) -- ayman (tunisian) fatma (leb) -- najd (tunis) rasha (egy) -- mossa3ed (kuwait)
and the best part is that the moms are voting for their least favorites regardless of country! even today avril (a lebanese mom) kicked out one of the lebanese girls !

as for religion, there are plenty of places in the middle east where civil marriage is allowed
the best best best part of this show is exactly what you said is "wrong" with it. I'm sooo happy to see that its NOT the people of the same nationality that are sticking together!

Yeha, but i dont see these couples actually becoming "couples". Actually i think itll be quite impossible for any of them to get married.

ahh okay watch the dailies and get back to me it is a weird show because there hasn't been something exactly like it in the middle east...but its a good start. there are some kinks to work out, like the weird silences during the prime when apparently the candidates and mothers can't hear the host lol

First of all, Hi guys
Second, this show is sooooooooo flawed!
1. These people are all from diff. countries. What do u guys think the likelihood of 2 of them getting married is? Really, what mom wants her son to have a daughter that doesnt know how to make a tabkha Lebnaneyey, or masriyiy?
2. These people are from diff. religouns. Thats all I haveto say about that.
so basically, those 2 HUGE things make it looserish.
Comments? Fruit salad show ;D . it does occur in real life . but things take its time or reasons to happen!! the show brings many rarely occured patterns of behaviours / and wanted to produce out of them the perfect pattern in short time = searching for excietnments = an easy way to get money very quickly .
