For Algeria I don't think it's a sponsor issue but a political one. Either Karoui doesn't wanna do concerts there or the Algerian government wouldn't allow them to. Coz really anyone could sponsor their concerts even me I have a big house in Algiers lol.

Coz really anyone could sponsor their concerts even me I have a big house in Algiers lol. i think it's really a sponsor issue. that's what algerian papers have confirmed. there is a problem between jezzy the usual sponsor of staracademy and Karoui company but karoui said they will do their best to find a sponsor. |

I don't buy it. Nedjma and Mobilis could sponsor instead they both integrated the star academy system and I am sure they can afford to sponsor ; plus sponsors don't have to be cell phone companies..that they find sponsors even in Libya and not Algeria come on! Possibilities could be that Karoui didn't find where to hold his concerts in Algeria where you have to book everything in advance or he didn't wanna deal with some kind of bureacracy lol or may be it has to do with the Islamists or the fact that there was no Algerian in the finale. The sponsor issue is the last excuse on my list  |
