mmmmm.. NO. She speaks palestinian perfectly with some slightly egyptian accent ( like all Gaza people). Living part of your life in some place doesn't change your nationality or origin. She is Palestinian and ONLY Palestinian, and her language is perfectly Palestinian.

its normanl am palestinian jordanian and in amman we speak the same accent
so palestinain living i egypt or palestinain livin in lebanon will have bth accents i think
