Isnt she Palestinian? but she sounds like an Egyptian trying hard to speak Palestinian... Did she live in Egypt? or she has Egyptian blood?

NO. She speaks palestinian perfectly with some slightly egyptian accent ( like all Gaza people). Living part of your life in some place doesn't change your nationality or origin. She is Palestinian and ONLY Palestinian, and her language is perfectly Palestinian.
