Hi guys.........
I know some of you from the Star Academy forum (hi shooda, lolita and all you guys!). I only saw little snipets of Super Star since it started and was never able to watch a full episode until this past sunday. I still don't like it as much as starac but it has some good talent and it keeps you entertained. Here's the impressions i got from the students...
Ayman - i remember seeing him before this sunday and he has a really cute personality. i heard him sing "3oyooni sahara" a couple weeks ago and i really liked it. overall, his voice is really good but i think there are stronger ones on the show.
Housam M - good voice but.......i don't know.......his personality seemed a little weird. it doesn't seem like he can connect with the audience. and though "sa3ban 3alaya" sounded good, i got freaked out by those weird aaaahhhh ooooooohhh things he did at the beginning which totally did not go with the rest of the song.
Bridgette - nice voice, but there are better ones. she seems to be friendly and nice
3amar - strong voice but he seems very serious and not that easy going or friendly. again, needs to connect with the audience more.
hadi - very nice smooth voice.....one of the top 2 in my opinion........seems like a nice friendly guy and i can see why he has a lot of fans.
mhanid - great voice. my ears felt like were swimming in it! hahaha......and he sings effortlessly. plus his personality seems cool. laid back and as if he is like friend you know from the neighborhood. i think him and hadi are my favorites.
raneem - good voice, nice guy. one of the best.
well those of are my first (or kind of first) impressions of them. i haven't been keeping up as much as you guys but hopefully i will get to watch it from now on. as of now, i would like hadi or mhanid to win but we will see.
anyway i would appreciate any feedback. am i totally off in my impressions?
