Uh oh, last night the plague took another turn for the worse. Players who do not wish to turn into zombies now only have 5 minutes to find a cure before they are transformed. Also, plagued NPCs seem to be spawning outside Horde and Alliance cities, and you now have a greater chance of being hit and infected by an exploding zombie, as the area of effect has been increased.

... so it seems they are reusing quests from the previous Scourge invasion
