My thoughts.

I stayed home sick yesterday and coincidentally it was the night of Star Academy 7's first prime. Now you would think that with such a delayed start and 2 full seasons of complete failure (StarAc 5 and StarAc 6) that this season would be 180 degrees from what we would expect. I hope this is true, but based on the prime last night I don't think we should gamble on it.

First of all you still have the cheesy reportages, the apparent bias, and recycled props/costumes. Those were obvious. Bringing Kathem Al-Saher was a huge plus and the best thing of last night was the return of OUSAMA! Finally! Hopefully this means the return of Fairouz. The students that they brought back were such a random and irrelevant group. I was hoping for some of the older alumni. The only people that were good to see were Rakiya, Qwaider, and Joseph.

I mean I don't want to rain down on the StarAc parade, I am glad that it has repopulated Arasale and brought back some oldies (welcome back everyone) but I am just saying that I had high expectations and so far I don't know if they will be met (but it has only been one day). Whether I watch StarAc or not I'll definitely stick around .

haha thanks for your agreement ebtihagallam. (welcome to the site btw) I personally did not like Wadi3 at all, I saw him as Roula's partner in crime, he wasn't very fair. I think bringing back Ousama was a good move, even when he left they needed someone to critique the primes but they were too dumb to bring someone. Idk itll be good to see how Ousama's opinions contradict those of Roula's like they did in the past ;D .

btw SW I love seeing Rakiya in your signature, it was good to see her in the prime. I especially love her in the second pic though.
