I've only seen a few episodes, and I didn't like it.
It seems like, i don't know, kind of cheapy in a way (that's not the right word, but the closest thing I could think of). I watch Star Ac for the extravagance and the different entertainment aspects and the surprises and the scenes and the dances and all together it makes a nice show. I don't necessarily watch JUST to watch someone sing.
But their voices are really really lovely, so obviously people deeply interested in arabic music would like it ... and it's more popular here in the US among arabs than star ac is
