As u have all noticed I have a picture of a boy. This boy was a friend of mine who died on June 26th, 2004 on a night where he and his friends decided to go out. One of his friends took his dad's truck. The boy who had his dad's truck was driving, then decided to give his other friend the chance to take on the road. There were five boys in the car. The boy who was driving was driving at a speed of about 90 mph, when he realized he went through a wrong exit, he quickly turned the steering wheel making a very sharp turn causing the truck to flip 8 times. Two of the boys got out (the one who was driving and one who was in the back.) The boy who was driving fainted, and the other tried to get the truck off his friends. He found 2 dead and one unconcious. This happened around 10 p.m. 2 lives were lost and the boy who took his dads car was in a coma, but now ilhamdillah is ok, but still has problems speaking. Both of the boys that died I knew. I actually knew all the boys in the car but 2. The one who died i was in school with since 6th grade. The other I was in school with for 5th and 6th grade. It was the worst summer I have ever had. Its been five months now and to this day i think about those two, how young they were, how they didnt get to live their lives, how one wanted to be a doctor. And u know the thing that really gets me mad, the fact that the boy that was driving didnt go to jail and was found partying that very week. It's sad how things happen to the innocent people. Why is it that in a car accident involving a drunk/ careless driver the passenger always dies, and the driver walks away without a scratch? Dont think that this cant happen to u, there is a lesson to be learned here. Plz dont get in a car with someone who is not responsible. U never know wut can happen to u. The families of those two boys had to c things the hard way, plz dont let that happen to u. I know u might be asking "why is this girl telling me this" but really ppl have to open their eyes, I really have been holding this inside, everytime i am alone it just pops in my head.
