Since I live in the US, we are too far from the news you guys read or hear in Lebanon. Does anyone have an idea whatever happened to Bruno of StarAc??? It's like after his European stint, he went AWOL! ;D Also, wasn't he slated to host Miss Lebanon? If that was the case, what happened?

the miss lebanon host thing might have been a rumour. Anyways, Bruno will be performing in the Bacardi festival this year with many other international and lebanese artists.

If he was the host instead of this Antoine, I think it would be a lot better... At least, Bruno knows how to talk and has a charisma.. It would have been better in my view..

That is what I have been thinking for a very long time, haa70. I mean Antoine is not bad (except that he totally missed up a couple of times during the primes) but Bruno would be a whole bunch better. I hope that he will be the host of the next season of Miss Lebanon. Even if Bruno could not have made it, I would really like it if Galal (LBC weather guy and host of that show that deals with couples) and Hilda (from Star Academy) were together hosting it.

Once I'm not in the super star forum.... I find Shooda with me also ;D Nice.. Personally I didn't like Antoine at all... Bruno would be better, I think... But yes you are right Jalal is a lot better... He's nice and awesome.. He presented Miss Lebanon last year and he was excellent.. They had to give it to him again... Hilda is also very nice... She can present such a program.. Yes, it would be a very nice couple to present it.. But still Nisrine was good, I think..

I think Bruno--with his newly-found popularity--would have been the guy to host Miss Liban; more people would have watched, and consequently LBC would have made much more dineros! How they missed that one may have been the booboo of the year! I don't think LBC, or any other businesses have capitalized well on the popularity of many StarAc contestants. Where are the commercials featuring some of these people? I mean they could make tons of money on them; the longer they wait, the less profit they can make. I noticed that one of you (haa70 or Shooda) has been posting a pic of Hussam Shami, and above it says: Brigitte, Hussam and Hadi are the best. Now, are you talking looks here or voice?

I noticed that one of you (haa70 or Shooda) has been posting a pic of Hussam Shami, and above it says: Brigitte, Hussam and Hadi are the best. Now, are you talking looks here or voice? Oh.. You are talking about me even if this trio is also the best for Shooda I'm not talking looks only of course... Looks only do not form a super super super star But I'm not talking also about voice only.. I know Ammar's voice and Madaniyya's voice for example are better... But what is special with this trio and especially Houssam and that cannot found with others is that he has a combination of everything: great voice (especially in lebanese songs), great look (always awesome), great presence and charisma, great personality, very funny, a real star... He's too simply a super super super star even if Future put him out very soon he will remain the super super star... So these are the best in my view coz I think the super star is not only voice, but a combination of everything.. Houssam is the best.. He is followed by Brigitte, Hadi, Abir, Ayman and others...

You put Hadi and Brigitte before Abir?! Although Brigitte is cute--and has a good voice--same with Hadi--but you can find many like them. Abir is in a different class altogether! I noticed that you didn't include Adbdel Rahman or Muhannad in your list, although their voices are better than the first three you listed. This tells me that looks are of prime importance for you, whereas voice comes in last. Well, I can't say that I blame you, many feel the same way like you, and this is today's trend, and they bring in the doe (money). Just look at Hayfa Wehbe and Nancy Ajram! I agree with you on Madanieh and Ammar; I believe those two and Abeer will be the final three. Fourth? It's between Ayman and Muhannad.

Oh.. You are talking about me even if this trio is also the best for Shooda ____________________________________________ Anyways, in regards to what you said "The Virginian", well a combination of features is ideal for a singer. I mean for me the voice is #1. But you have the looks as well, it makes it even better. Why has Britney Spears (an American example) and Nancy Ajram (as you said) have become so popular. Yeah some people look at their looks, but people like myself consider both look and voice. I have some friends who cannot stand Fairouz because of the way she looks. But that is really sad because I love Fairouz, and she does not look bad at all. I think what haa70 is saying is: Voice - Good Voice + Looks - Better Voice + Looks + Personality - Best I like the third opition a whole lot better, and that is why the trio haa70 mentioned are my favorite as well. But please don't get me wrong about the others. I know love Abir so much, and Mohanned as well and so is Hossam Madeneya. All of the candidates have something so great about them, and they are never left from my mind. Everytime someone leaves the program, I feel really bad.

Unfortunately, I'll have to agree with you. I think that if Umm Kulthoum, Abd el Wahhab, Feiruz, Najah Salam, Fayza Ahmad, Najat el Saghira, and many others with so-so looks, were SuperStar contestants today, they would have already been voted out! ;D
Don't you think?
