small info about the primes:
April 13, 2007 - First Prime - The first/opening prime of Miss Lebanon 2007 will be dedicated to our past Miss Lebanon's. It will include many things about the past winners, and what they are up to today. The focus will not be on the contestants.
*April 20, 2007 - Second Prime - The second prime of Miss Lebanon 2007 will be like a preliminary event, or a presentation show if you will. It will focus about the 2007 contestants, just like any prime would have in the past, and the contestants will compete in interview, evening gown, and swimsuit competitions.
*April 27, 2007 - Third Prime - The third prime of Miss Lebanon 2007 will be the final event of the season. It will be the crowning finale and all contestants will be there. It is set to be a very exciting night, and will be a crowning memory for one.
General Information:
Number of Contestants: Eighteen (18)
Venue: Casino Du Liban
Broadcaster: Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC)
Website: The website is under construction and will be released by LBC in the coming days.
Elimination: Unlike the previous pageants in Miss Lebanon (specifically 2003, 2004, and 2005) no contestant will be eliminated this year. They will all make it to the final event, but will most likely leave the best impressions on the judges on Prime Two. The contestants must be ready to impress as there is no public voting this year, and all decisions will be made exclusively by the judges. Many fans wanted it, and we will see how it works.
Theme Song: The theme song "Miss Lebanon" will still be part of the show.

Let me make this clear to those who have been wondering if they get to see the beautiful contestants on the first prime. The answer is, No. You will not see the contestants on April 13, 2007. That Friday is dedicated to former Miss Lebanon winners only, and it is going to be a very exciting prime!

The road to Miss Lebanon will be different than any other past year. It will take place during three primes, each Friday night, with some contestants having their dream torn by their moment of elimination from the pageant. The commercials have begun on LBC, three of which have been noticed as of now. The two newest commercials include the involvement and crowning of our past queens. This is because the judging panel will consist of past Miss Lebanon's, who will choose our newest queen to join their line of "Miss Lebanon Royalty!"
There will be NO public voting this year, and all decisions will be made exclusively by the 2007 judging panel (past Miss Lebanon's). Hopefully they will choose a successor for Gabrielle Bou Rached, Miss Lebanon 2005, who will meet all of our standards.We are hoping that this year will be a shining year for Miss Lebanon as our national queen, and her participation on the international stage. Her first task as Miss Lebanon will be to represent Lebanon in Miss Universe 2007 this May, in Mexico City, Mexico.
